"First of all congratulations on your Blog. I find the articles interesting, and what is a real pleasure for me, is that you post so many photos. I love looking at photos. You know what they say, 'a picture paints a thousand words.'

Well done, I hope you get many more interesting articles to Blog.

We have had the privilege of living in Renaissance for the past fourteen years.

Every Christmas we put up Christmas lights and lights in the shrubs. But every year we also light up the cross on our home. No Christmas, or Christmas lights mean anything without the cross of Calvary.

Christmas lights mean nothing without the cross of Calvary

Albert and I  take this time to reflect on just how much our 'free' salvation cost our Lord Jesus, and to stand in awe and amazement at the foot of the cross, and just thank our Lord Jesus for everything He has done for us.

As J.Sidlow Baxter says, 'Bethlehem and Golgotha, the manger and the cross, the birth and the death must always be seen together.'

May we all put Christ back into Christmas.
