Wessie says:
Eight months of 2023
are almost gone—a period where residents each had their own experiences, which
were either good or bad. Life also gives you two choices about where you will
be in eternity, which will also be good or bad depending on your preferences,
which will determine the outcome. Will you live according to the Bible, or are
you living a life where your rules count?
There are still a lot
of projects ahead of us for which we need the co-operation of all residents.
Despite their problems, we are grateful for those residents who helped make
Renaissance a better place. Thanks also for all the positive criticism we received
to help us better our standards.
Members of the
Management Committee went to Renaissance Faerie Glen to familiarise themselves
with how other Renaissance complexes operate, which was very informative.
They have employed a so-called Site Manager who handles the day-to-day
maintenance, breakdowns, problems in and around units, garden issues and
overall cleanliness. He reports back to Management, and they will take care of
significant issues.
Warmbad Renaissance
will have to do thorough investigations into some issues to be prepared to put
proposals on the table for the Annual General Meeting in November if we want to
go that route.
The
plans to appoint a Site Manager must be viable and affordable, and finding
the right person for the job will be challenging.
Let's
enjoy the last few months of the year.
