Management Committee meeting - 25 September 2014

The matters mentioned below were dealt with at the Management Committee Meeting held on 25 September 2014.

Finances
According to the Managing Agent, our finances remain sound. The financial statements for August 2014 were approved.

Payment of levies
In view of security concerns (Jacky's in particular), residents are once again advised to avoid paying their levy in cash if at all possible. There are safer options. Jacky will be able to advise them in this regard.

Co-option
Elsa Erasmus (Unit 49) has been co-opted to the Management Committee.

Water meters and water consumption
The installation of water meters are continuing apace. However, our water consumption during the past two months was unusually high.

Advertise your unit on the Warmbad Renaissance website
An advertisement costs R500. Jacky is able to provide residents with the details.

Revision of our Constitution
This matter will receive attention in due course.

Management Committee for 2015
Residents will be invited to nominate persons for the abovementioned early in November. The election will take place during the Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2014.
